Experience, skill, and ahavah are the three ingredients for an outstanding staff.  Many of our camp counselors have come back year after year.  They know how to accomplish the camp's objectives and have the experience to understand the subtle nuances of camp life.  Our staff's keen attention to detail allows children to have an amazing camp experience. Camp K'helah is unique in that we host two Israeli counselors-Shlichim-to be a part of our camp staff. This very special program helps us to add an authentic taste of Israel to our camp. Our Staff Undergoes Extensive Training Skills include: First Aid & CPR Training Creative Programming Leadership Training Camp Safety Conflict Resolution The goal of the camp staff is to ensure that all of the children HAVE FUN in a safe and positive setting.....while they learn about themselves, their world, and their Jewish identity.
