Our ketubahs are shipped in a priority mail poster box via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are free to you, the customer, within the confines of the United States. How long will it take to receive my Ketubah? You will receive your ketubah within two weeks and we can guarantee delivery of your rush order ketubah within three business days. Email us if you need a rush order. Extra fees will apply for that service. Will you customize my ketubah for me?Yes we are. We charge $30.00 a ketubah for the services of our scribe. Please email us directly at contact@mazeltovketubah.com so we can make arrangements. What is your return policy? All sales are final. We at Mazel Tov Ketubah make the best effort to present the artwork and text on this web site clearly and completely for our customers to make an informed decision. We have had people tell us that our ketubahs are indeed more beautiful in person. We feel you will not be disappointed. We do warrant that our ketubahs are free from creases, wrinkles, tears and dirt and are packaged in strong poster boxes and insured for their protection. Ketubahs will only be replaced if they are received damaged or destroyed and you must call us within three days of receipt. Please email us if that is the case. What should I expect from my Mazel Tov Ketubah? All ketubahs are original limited edition lithographs and will come signed by the artist and numbered and are printed on heavy stock. What texts are available and for which Jewish denomination?Our ketubahs use Egalitarian Hebrew and English which is geared toward those of Reform Jewish faith and non-denominational English text geared toward everyone (many people of other faiths enjoy incorporating this beautiful tradition into their own wedding ceremonies). Renewal of Vows and Anniversary texts are also available (non-denominational) in English. How soon before the wedding should we order our Ketubah? Although we state you will have your ketubah within two weeks, just like everything else you are planning to do for your wedding, it is best not to leave these details to the last second.
