We take great lengths to ensure that your Read-A-Rune™ kit is complete and sealed, ready for your energy once the seal is broken. Therefore, within 5 days of receipt of your shipment you may return the item only if it is in it's original unopened packaging for a full refund less shipping charges.
We will send an even exchange if your kit arrives defective or damaged. We do ask that you return the defective product.
Should you decide to return the kit after opening, a restocking fee will be charged at our discretion. Under no circumstances will any product be accepted for refund after 30 days.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER:
If you wish to cancel an order, please email immediately. Be sure to include your name, email address, and order confirmation number. Do so as soon as possible, as we cannot cancel the order once it has entered the shipping process.
